This is Dale's story
Dale was surrendered to K911 ResQ along with his brother Chip. There were five puppies due to a backyard breeder situation. They had been starved and were severely dehydrated, and Dale was the only survivor. Dale now lives happily with his foster family who decided to adopt him fully, and he is best friends with Bender the cat and Rupert the dog.
